Shaolin Masters show complete Melee competence, Thier abilites humble great players. They are not invincible, but instead command respect by demonstrating skill and class. To be made a Shaolin is a prestigous honor -- usually meaning the person has a high skill level & is fun/interesting to play with.

True Strength: There is no faking this. There is no teaching this. It is the definition of a Shaolin.
Intensity - You know it when you experience it first hand. A force that overpowers all, and when a foe experiences it, knows that it is Shaolin.
Superiority: A Shaolin, a majority of the time, simply demonstrates superiority. Foes feel hopeless, as if, they will never be able to win. And, they don't win. Foes are routinely vanquished, and more often than not, without much effort.
Composure - A steady fighter. Does not fret, or get nervous during serious fights. A simple melee fight on the battlefield, in rotation or for fun does not carry the weight of a match to 3, 5 or 10. A Shaolin does not shake under the pressure of thier reputation on the line -- and preforms at their best.
